Meet Tynisha Lewis, BA, JD

Born and raised in Flint, Michigan as an only child to a single mother, I grew up in the very urban city of Flint, Michigan, lovingly called “Flint-City” or “Bedrock” and those born there were often called “Flintstones”. A "hard" city, full of industrial factories and hard-working people. I consider myself a rose that grew out of concrete - witnessing first hand the impact of the crack-cocaine epidemic on Flint, Michigan, which resulted in the death of so many people and the incarceration of many more. 

 

My mother encouraged me to become a lover of learning, knowledge, wisdom, and intelligence. As a result, I completed "gifted" classes throughout elementary, middle, and high school. I continued gifted education, splitting my days between the suburbs attending Central High School and the more urban side of town attending Northwestern High School.

 

This was the catalyst for my ability to identify different mindsets based on a person's background, context and experiences. This is also where I developed an uncanny ability to identify the underlying contexts of problems people have.

This could be the reason I went on to become a lawyer. And from there my education as a lawyer, combined with an undeniable interest in entrepreneurship, was the basis for becoming a  successful Managing Member of Intelligence Learning Systems, LLC - a Georgia-based company focused on helping individuals grow into successful learners, including the professional development and leadership skills for women and entrepreneurs, standardized test prep, and tutoring services (ACT, SAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, and MCAT) for students seeking entry to college, law school, and graduate school.

My previous hobbies of makeup artistry and photography even transitioned into full-blown businesses where I became known as Tynisha, The Atlanta Makeup Artist, and 1 Woman 1 Camera respectively. This is where I was able to meet several celebrities and become familiar with the Atlanta entertainment industry. 

 

My Youtube channel has over 1.7 million views and consists of candid videos while relaxed in real-life environments speaking about topics from personal growth, motivation, cooking, makeup and beauty tips, business growth, relationships, and OF COURSE Jesus.

GROW by definition means be in a state of becoming greater in

quantity (multiply all that I am - balanced and building),

size (live the biggest, fullest life possible - no shrinking back),

extent (endure the race - steady wins),

intensity (the degree to which you apply your effort - go hard for yourself so you can go hard for others).
