Remaining offended is one of the main ways people keep unforgiveness in their hearts. Some people are still upset over things that have happened years in decades ago. In this day an age people use the word "friend" so loosely. Many times we don't give people the opportunity to prove they are a "friend". We find out too late that we brought someone too close too soon. Prayer and discernment helps you determine who is best labeled "friend".
